1. Set the “Night Vision” Function to “Off”
The eufy baby monitor camera might be moving independently because the night vision setting is enabled, which makes the camera re-adjust automatically according to the lighting.

3. Power Reset the eufy Cam & Monitor

A power reset can resolve all underlying issues by draining the power supply from both the eufy camera and the monitor.
Note: You cannot monitor your baby temporarily while discharging the eufy equipment.

- Connect the monitor to the computer with a data cable.
- Next, copy Monitor.bin to the “SN93701PU” hard drive.
- Then wait around 5–6 minutes and keep the screen on.
- Check the version in the “Connect with Us” menu tab.
Monitor SN starts with SN93701PU (SpaceView Pro E8312, T8321):
- First, download firmware from the E8312 or T8321 tab.
- Unzip the folder and then find the “Monitor_VXXX.bin”
- Then, copy “Monitor.bin” to the “SN93701PU” hard drive.
- Then, wait several minutes while keeping the screen on.
- Verify the new version in the “Connect with Us” section.
Update the Camera Firmware
Camera SN starts with SN93700BU (SpaceView T8300):
- First, download the firmware from the SN93700BU page.
- Then just unzip the folder and find “Camera_VXXX.bin”.
- Connect the camera to your computer with a data cable.
- Transfer “Camera.bin” to the “SN93700BU” hard drive.
- Wait for ~20–30 seconds; wait for the camera to restart.
- See the version in the “Connect with Us” monitor menu.
Camera SN starts with SN93700BU (SpaceView Pro E8312, T8321):
- Download firmware from the E8312 or the T8321 page.
- Next, just unzip the folder and find Camera_VXXX.bin.
- Connect the camera to your computer via a data cable.
- Transfer “Camera.bin” to the “SN93700BU” hard drive.
- Wait for ~20–30 seconds or until the camera restarts.
- Confirm the version in the “Connect with Us” menu tab.
Note: To maintain security, regularly check for new firmware updates on the eufy website!
7. Physically Prevent eufy From Moving
If the camera of your eufy baby monitor is moving on its own, physically blocking its movement can be a quick fix to stop the movement while still deciphering the problem.
So, turn off the monitor, unplug the camera, and look at the pan and tilt joints to see where it moves.
