To properly restart your Raycon earbuds, follow the steps below:
- Put both Raycon earbuds in their capsule.
- Close the lid and wait for 40–60 seconds.
- Eject both your earbuds from the capsule.
- Test whether one is quieter than the other.
When positioned into the case, your earbuds should turn off, until taken out.
This is the perfect way to turn them “OFF” and “ON” when you want to refresh the Bluetooth connection quickly.

2. Fully Charge Raycon Earbuds
There is no point in troubleshooting further until charging your Raycon earbuds for at least 10 minutes by connecting them to a proven outlet.
Sometimes the quiet audio appears because of the so-called “battery throttle” especially when one of the buds has been left without a charge.
Info: Battery throttle is an unofficial term for describing a device reducing its performance when the battery is low to prolong the uptime as much as possible.
To verify that you’re charging your earbuds correctly, here are the instructions:
- Your USB-C type cable connects to a power adapter.
- The power adapter plugs into a proven-to-work outlet.
- Your USB-C cable connects to your Raycon capsule.

3. Center Audio Output Balance

- Open the “Settings” app on your Android.
- Scroll down the menu to “Accessibility.”
- Locate the “Audio” section from the tab.
- Tap on “Audio Adjustment” in the menu.
- Drag the slider to the middle to center it.
How to Center Audio Balance on Apple iOS?
- From the main screen, go to “Settings.”
- Scroll down and enter “Accessibility.”
- Again, go down and tap “Audio/Visual.”
- Drag the Balance slider and set it to 0,00.
How to Center Audio Balance on macOS?
- From the Apple menu, go to “System Preferences…”
- In the list of all settings, press on the “Sound” square.
- From the small tabs above, click on the “Output” tab.
- Select your speakers (Raycon earbuds) from the list.
- Drag the “Balance” slider and center it in the middle.
How to Center Audio Balance on Windows?
- From the control panel, go to “Hardware and Sound.”
- Then, click “Manage Audio Devices” under “Sound.”
