How to Fix Stan Error Code A18?

1. Restart the Stan Application

For Sony TVs:
- Open the home screen on your Sony TV.
- Head over to Settings and choose About.

- Open the Stan app and try to test it again.
For Android Devices:
- Hold down the side Power button.
- Hold the button for a few seconds.
- Hit the Restart option from the tab.
