1. Increase Your Output Volume
If you don’t hear sound through your Beats Fit Pro, even if it says “Connected,” it’s likely that your playout device’s volume is set to a minimum.

- On iOS and Android, simply use the Volume buttons on the side of your phone to increase the output volume to at least 75%.
How to Increase Output Volume on Windows?
If you’re not hearing sounds through Beats Fit Pro on Windows, follow the steps below:
- First, from the Taskbar, click on the Audio icon.
- Then, the Windows audio prompt should appear.
- Drag the slider to the right to increase the volume.
When your device’s audio is increased, you should start hearing sound from the Beats Fit Pro, so play some music to justify whether this helped.
Note: Increasing sound to the highest possible level is not recommended for the safety of your ears and your Beats Fit Pro hardware.
2. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON

Beats Fit Pro Connected But No Sound iPhone?
